Position Description

Essential responsibilities will include:

• Own the administration of the Source to Pay platform including user set up and all configurations.
• Serve as the application subject matter expert for the Source to Pay platform for all Support Center and Operations users.
• Support key counterparts in Accounts Payable, Procurement, Licensing, IT, and Sourcing to ensure all system modules are functioning as designed.
• Oversight of end-to-end processes related to the Source to Pay functions.
• Develop and distribute procedural documentation and perform user training.
• Serve as an escalation point to troubleshoot functional and technical issues with internal resources and Software Support.
• Solicit feedback from business partners and stakeholders on system performance and functionality.
• Actively engage with stakeholders and leaders to identify and lead functional and technical enhancement and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute the review of application upgrade release notes, test cases, test strategy, and testing completion.
• Track and distribute KPI and functional reporting.
• Partner with the Source to Pay software and internal business areas to achieve performance objectives.
• Guide system-based activities including user adoption, training, and organizational communications.
• Support change management activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Sound understanding of accounting and procurement processes and principles, with 3+ years' experience in both areas.
• Experience with Source to Pay Software as a heavy user or administrator, experience with Coupa preferred.
• Strong people skills and the ability to work closely and communicate effectively with all levels of team members.
• Exceptional analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of core S2P principles including taxonomies, budget reporting, requisitioning, receiving, general ledger reporting, and invoice processing.
